Just back from Aintree show even though having a long journey home due to the snow. The horses went well again, temple Ryefield won two 1.30m classes and then he was 2nd in the 1.30m final.

Zeb won a 1.20m class, Sorento, Lux Fabulous and Temple What were placed in 1.20m classes.

Sandors Legacy jumped 3 double clears in the fox classes.

Next show is at Arena UK in a couple of weeks

A promising start to 2012!
I’m just back from South View development show where my up and coming young horses went really well. Zandigo won the grade C qualifier, Sandors Legacy was double clear for 3 days on the trot in the foxhunter (his first time in a fox), Temple What had placings in the fox as well. Zeb won a 1.20m and was placed in other classes. Sorento had a 2nd and a 5th in 1.30m classes, and Ryefield was 2nd and 7th in the 1.40m classes.
Im off to Addington this weekend.

After the horses having a bit of a break, they are now back in action!

Zandigo has qualified for the B and C class at Hickstead and been placed in 2 other B and C classes at Aintree premier show and Rowallan development show.

Lux Fabulous, Temple What and Zeb have been getting placings in these classes too.

Temple Ryefield is just about to start again at Ingliston premier show coming up this weekend.

Paul has been doing some teaching while the horses have been resting and is now in ’sunny’ Scotland waiting to start competing at Ingliston Premier tomorrow.

Hannah is available for flatwork and showjumping lessons for every level.

A long long week at Arenaa uk for the Show jumping championships, the horses all went well with placings in thier finals, including Zandigo 4th in the foxhunter and Sorento 4th in the 1.25m final.

The horses are now having a well deserved break, apart from Zandigo and Lux Fabulous who have a class at Hoys next week.

A very cold and windy Rowallan this weekend proved un lucky for Paul and Temple Ryefield in the horse of the year show quailfier.

Temple Ryefield jumped great but had one pole down which knocked him out of contention, next week there is another qualifier at Arena UK, so we’ll try again.

Sorento and Zandigo were placed in the 1.30m classes too.

We’ve just completed a long week at the Scope Festival, all the horses went well, gaining placings in most of their classes.

Zandigo and Zeb had a 2nd and a 1st in their classes.

Paul’s nephew Alex won the junior Newcomwers final and was second in the junior Foxhunter final.

To finish off the show Paul won the Blue Riband final on Lux Fabulous, jumping 3 clears to win the final, he jumped great!

Paul will next be competing at Rowallan for a HOYS wildcard, fingers crossed!

Sorry for the delayed update but my computer decided it wanted a week off and crashed!

Paul has a fab picture in Horse and hound today from winning the Area Trial at Hull show on Temple Ryefield on Sunday.

He was also 1st and 2nd in the ride and drive, and Sarah Mousley was 4th.

Paul has had a good show in Scotland at Ingliston Equestrian centre last weekend where by he won the Foxhunter second round and so qualfifed for HOYS on Zandigo. He jumped 3 fantastic rounds, against a strong field.

We had a great afternoon at Ryedale show, TempleWhat and Zandigo were 1st and 2nd in the foxhunter, then Sorento and Zeb were 3rd and 4th in the 1.30m.
